Wang in Miami

"Because I absolutely crave anything but 30 degrees weather and this post is absolutely overdue."

Sports Bra - Alexander Wang for H&M // Micro-Mesh High Waisted Swim Brief - American Apparel // Cover -Up - Nasty Gal // Junebug Sunnes - Kaibosh

Because I absolutely crave anything but 30 degrees weather and this post is absolutely overdue. During this trip, I wasn't sure how I was going to enjoy my new favorite sports bra especially since you wouldn't catch me working out during vacation. What then dawned on me was that sports bra also makes for great bathing suit tops. This is a side note but the Alexander Wang for H&M sports bra are the hardest thing to take on and off. Luckily, I didn't want to take it off. Ever. I paired it with some of my favorite beach essentials, like this Nasty Gal dress that second as a cover-up, the bottom that I usually wear under sheer pieces, and my Kaibosh sunnies. Do you see a small pattern? Clothes don't necessarily need to serve only one function. Styling creates an enormous amount of variety in use.

I hope this inspires you to look at your closet differently. But if you can't even fathom this beach look right now because you're staring at these pics with your fingers slowly reaching hypothermia and a 10 degrees vigorous wind is blowing in your now numb face...

I totally feel you right now! I'm mad at me, too.
