Superdry on a horse. Okay, not really.

"As a horseback riding noob, I had no idea how to dress for this occasion. Nor was I prepared for how sore I was going to be right after. I sure as hell don't take any of this experience or sore inner thighs back."

When is the last time you did something for the first time?

As a horseback riding noob, I had no idea how to dress for this occasion. Nor was I prepared for how sore I was going to be right after. I sure as hell don't take any of this experience or sore inner thighs back. This ombre blue Superdry once-piece was a lifesaver because most importantly, it was absolutely comfortable. After riding and galloping through beaches, rivers, and roads for two hours, all I wanted to do was dive right into the beach. Which I'm not going to lie, I didn't even do. I was so tired and sore, I cracked open a beer and fell asleep.

I have always pushed myself to experience as many firsts as possible. You know that phrase, which I'm surprised Drake hasn't quoted yet or maybe he did, "When was the last time you did something for the first time?" Well, that is one of many life mottos of mine. There's so much inspiration around the act of seeking to just experience, the actual experience, and then to store away for creative muse. Horseback riding is essentially a huge trust exercise. You have no real control over the animal you're riding. It has emotions. It can be temperamental. It can vibe off of the rider's energy. It will know when you're cocky or scared. I really put my life in this horse's hands or hoofs. His name was Salmonella. I know, I know. I chuckled, too.

I can't wait to continue to travel to places for the first time or return to places I've been to and do other firsts. And I can't wait to document it to share it with you.
