Higher Than Water Towers

"Amongst trying to collect what all the traveling has taught me, my earlier past have also creeped into my consciousness. It has made me realize how far I've gone. Sometimes life gives you opportunities to be grateful, to remember, and to not take your achievements for granted. Yes, my environment has changed. My friends have changed. My career has changed. But so have I. I am moving upwards and forward and we all should."

I am still trying to acclimate back to real life. My New York City life. I've been traveling nonstop and getting by with hair strands of luck and bits of sanity. It's only when I am away for an extended period of time do I miss the usual grind. I left the country of France and entered my beloved city with more enthusiasm than when I left. It's always the air of constant upward movement and grind that brings me back here. There's always a taller building, an even taller building, and then add a water towel to top it all off. You can always get higher, climb higher, achieve more, get more. Amongst trying to collect what all the traveling has taught me, my earlier past have also creeped into my consciousness. It has made me realize how far I've gone. Sometimes life gives you opportunities to be grateful, to remember, and to not take your achievements for granted. Yes, my environment has changed. My friends have changed. My career has changed. But so have I. I am moving upwards and forward and we all should.

I can't wait to share my latest story to Paris. But forgive me, I am still trying to piece together my story there, what I've learned, and what I brought back with me. All intangible things, I promise, well, besides the macarons.
